I get it. Really, I GET IT.

Self-compassion has been my life's work too. And yes, I have over a decade of teaching/writing/speaking experience under my belt, and have worked with brands like lululemon, with a history of sold out meditation classes in New York City — this hasn't always been my story. AND self-love is something I actually have to work on still. Like learning a new skill, it’s a constant practice. Rewind 10 years and I was working in advertising, lonely, fatigued, and suffering from some bizarre health issues — all from a lack of self-care. Recently I moved to London, and navigating the uncertainties of a new city and culture, again, tested me REALLY having to be kind with myself.  

Let’s replace that icky self-criticism with an unshakable belief in your ability to love yourself and expand your life — in just 2 weeks! 

This online course will be all about developing a self-compassion practice, unleashing your confidence, and, of course, getting to know yourself better along the way (sorry guys, this lounge is ladies only).
